A PRC national, Alice is a Senior Consultant for mainland China with MDS Beijing. She has a broad career history, and has worked between both Hong Kong and China.

During her 10 years with United Biscuits, a British food manufacturing company, she first worked within the Marketing Department. As a Senior Product Manager based in Hong Kong she successfully managed a portfolio of products for mainland China, with responsibility for the whole marketing mix and a team of people on both sides of the border. In 1999, Alice broadened her career experience into the HR area, as Training and Development Manager for United Biscuits China. During this time United Biscuits China was bought by Nabisco China, who in turn were taken over by Kraft Foods. Following the integration Alice was assigned to the role of Training Development Manager for the new company, Kraft Foods China. Throughout this period of constant change Alice worked with the Senior Management Team to successfully manage training and development for the integration.

Alice is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the Wuhan Engineering Institute, and since then has continued her education with an MBA from the renowned CEIBS (China Europe International Business School), which included an internship with General Motors in Spain.

An experienced manager, trainer and coach, Alice is an accredited practitioner of the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator).

She is an accredited trainer for "Leading the Top Team" plus the MDS "Benchmarking Series" of management development programmes, and has translated these programmes into Chinese. She is also an accredited coach for OI Partners' outplacement programmes for executives.

Alice's native language is Putonghua. She is fluent in English and also speaks Cantonese.
