Different levels of programmes are provided for different levels of people. After consultation with OI Partners, sponsors decide on the programme which suits their need and fits their budget. Fees for manager programmes are set at approximately the monthly salary of the client. (Career Moves and New Directions). Fees are much less for non-manager staff (Job Finders).
