I. Style

	3. Job Search Facilities
		OI Partners Hong Kong provides excellent support facilities. Our Coaching Centre is centrally located on Hong Kong Island with a great atmosphere and excellent harbour views. On a scheduled booked access basis it gives clients: 1. Workstations with personal computer, printer, and phone 2. Personal internet connection and e-mail address 3. Coaching Centre staff support 4. Library and training videotapes 5. Magazines and Journal collection


II. Programme Choices
Different levels of programmes are provided for different levels of people. After consultation with OI Partners, sponsors decide on the programme which suits their need and fits their budget. Fees for manager programmes are set at approximately the monthly salary of the client. (Career Moves and New Directions). Fees are much less for non-manager staff (Job Finders). The programme outlines below illustrate our most popular programmes.

	1. Career Moves
		This programme is designed for senior managers who may need up to 6 months to secure a new position. It provides: a) Services of a dedicated coach b) Training in all essential job search skills c) Access to OI Partners coaching centre d) Use of workstations, internet connection and library on a scheduled booked access basis Plus 1. Transfer to any OI Partner firm worldwide (if relocating) 2. MBTI psychometric assessment and other psychometric instruments to profile leadership style, job suitability and social and emotional competencies

	2. New Directions
		This is a popular, cost effective 3 month programme for managers and senior professionals. It provides: 1. Personal counselling and guidance 2. MBTI psychometric assessment 3. Job search support and coaching 4. Access to OI Partners coaching centre 5. Encouragement and "tracking" until a job is found

	3. Job Finders
		This is an intensive 1.5 day group workshop for non-manager staff who need an overview of job search skills. Clients are taught practical, take-home skills including: 1. Adjusting to job loss 2. MBTI psychometric assessment 3. Writing a winning CV and covering letters 4. Succeeding at the selection interview 5. Job search routine Jobfinders' workshops are held in a pleasant hotel setting, and includes a 1 hour one-to-one coaching in the OI Partners Coaching Centre.
