Cindy is a very experienced HR professional with more than 15 years management experience in major corporations. She has wide experience as an internal and external consultant leading and managing major projects in management training, customer service, performance management and TQM.

After a career start in IT, Cindy later moved into HR after gaining her MBA. She spent 5 years with Honeywell as Manager of TQM and Training and achieved 3 outstanding achievement awards. Later, Cindy moved to Hang Seng Bank where she focused on performance management and quality assurance. In recent work with a leading international apparel group Cindy led a major 2 year project for business process reengineering. During this period she designed large scale training programmes which she then delivered in the PRC, Hong Kong , Taiwan , Thailand , Malaysia and Indonesia .

Cindy is a very accomplished senior consultant with a warm and interactive style and designs innovative and results-focused programmes. Her recent client assignments include team working and leadership skills training for a multinational telecoms corporation in Shanghai , and coaching and presentation skills training for a major manufacturing company.
