We offer cross-cultural programmes in 2 styles. These are:

I. Coaching for International Managers
  These one-to-one programmes have been designed for international managers arriving in Greater China or the region for the first time. These programmes range from 1 - 3 days depending on the complexity of the new position, and the number of countries in the region which will be included. Subjects for the Hong Kong Programme include:

II. Cultural Training for Teams
  Different training is arranged for intact, cross-cultural teams. These are often geographically separated teams which come together only occasionally. These programmes include:
  •  Profiling different cultures on the Hofstede scales
  •  Discussing national versus company cultures
  •  Exercises for improving communication
  •  Exercises for resolving problems
  •  Exercises for building relationships
  •  Creating a cross-cultural team dynamic
       
  These programmes are usually 1 - 2 days in a class setting, and are tailored towards specific client needs.
