Eva is a Senior Consultant with OI Partners Hong Kong, and has led major outplacement projects for Marks and Spencer and Sea-Land Services.

She is a management educator, trainer and consultant with 20 years experience in people management. Her research fields are organisational behaviour, career management, cross-cultural management and HRM.

Her professional career includes a rich variety of operational management and academic experience. She held General Manager positions in the catering and retail industries for 8 years. For part of this time she lived and worked in Jakarta. Her regional responsibilities also took her to Malaysia, South Korea and the PRC. Prior to that she held human resource management positions for 7 years with organisations in the public utilities, banking and finance fields. She also held a lecturing post at a leading Hong Kong University for 7 years. Presently, she lectures on several distance learning MBA programmes in Hong Kong.

With a first degree in History from the California State University, Eva gained her MSc in Management Studies from the University of Bradford. She is currently reading for her Doctorate of Education with the University of Durham (UK).
