Frances Maguire
 

Frances is a seasoned HR professional with more than12 year's management experience with a British multi-national biscuit manufacturer. Her last 2 years with the company were spent in the PRC, where she managed a team of 9 training staff.

Her specialist areas include the design and delivery of management training, leading company wide leadership coaching programmes, and creating management trainee selection and assessment centres, including the use of psychometric instruments.

After a career start in I.T. Frances moved into I.T. training, then into HRM, and has served in a wide range of HRM positions from Graduate Development Manager to Group HQ HR and Training Manager. She has extensive cross-cultural experience, having spent 2 years as Training and Development Manager in a PRC operation with more than 1500 staff. Her major achievements there include the design and implementation of a company wide sales and management training programme, plus localisation of key management positions.

Frances has a first degree in Computer Science from the University of Liverpool. She is also a licensed practitioner of the following instruments:

   Psychometric Profiles

She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK), and the Institute of Human Resource Management (HK).

Frances is currently studying for the Graduate Diploma of Counselling with the Australian College of Applied Psychology.
