Templates: The HA has assessed 50 of the most common jobs in the workplace and created a template for each. If you wish to create a specific template, HA can do this for you.
Administration: You take the HA online. If you are not an accredited practitioner, you will need an OI Partners consultant to administer the test and interpret the results.
Interpreting
Scores :
The HA produces a choice of 12 reports which present data in a clear and easy-to-read formats.
Purchasing
the HA:
The HA is completed online (no charge) and fees are charged for the reports you select. There is a minimum package of reports for :
Manager and above position
Sales Representative and Supervisor position
General Staff position
