With an extensive career in finance and accounting, Lynda has added human resources and business management skills to her portfolio over the last 6 years. Before recently moving into full-time consultancy and coaching, she was General Manager of an online education institute.

As Executive Assistant to the MD of Eurotex Ltd., a niche garment manufacturer, she gained hands-on experience of implementing restructuring in a regional organisation. In earlier positions she was Finance Director with Inchcape Insurance Holdings (HK) Ltd., Financial Controller for Potter Warburg Ltd. in Melbourne, and Director of Foster and Company in Sydney.

Having gained her MBA from Macquarie University, Sydney in 1988, Lynda recently consolidated her HR expertise by completing an MA in HRM (Macquarie). She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), Associate of the Australian Society of CPAs, Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (HK).

Lynda is a Senior Consultant with OI Partner Hong Kong, and led part of the Sea-Land Service Inc. project. She is an outgoing personality and brings commitment, care and a great sense of humour to her consulting assignments.
