1. 4 Day Basic Accreditation in HK (English)

Successful completion of this programme and examination entitles you to register with APP as an MBTI® Practitioner. This gives you total access to all MBTI® test instruments and materials, and approval to operate as an MBTI® consultant.

Extensive study materials are included in the fees and are sent to you in advance of the programme. Pre-reading is important, and you must allocate the weekend of the course for examination preparation.

The examination is by multiple-choice questionnaire, and there is also a practical assessment of your coaching skills. Applicants must hold a first degree (in any subject).

6. FIRO-B Accreditation Programme

The FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relational Orientation-Behaviour) is a powerful tool for Self-understanding. It assesses how a person typically behaves towards others and how that person would like others to behave towards themselves. It assesses interpersonal style and its appropriateness in relationships on three levels: Inclusion, Control and Affection.

1.
Inclusion - This need indicates how much you generally include other people in your life (expressed), and how much attention, contact, and recognition you want from others (wanted).

2.
Control - This need indicates how much influence and responsibility you need (expressed), and how much you want others to lead and establish procedures and policies (wanted).

3.
Affection - This need indicates how close and warm N you are with others (expressed) and to what extent you want others to reassure and support you (wanted).
This makes the FIRO-B an ideal instrument for building team compatibility, personal development and coaching. It makes a perfect combination with MBTI (APP produces a joint MBTI / FIRO-B report).
  1 Day FIRO-B Accreditation Programme
  Date : To be Advised
  Fee : To be confirmed
