1. Profiling Your Management Team

This one day intensive programme is a winner with managers who want to see immediate results in their teamworking skills. The team is typically 12 - 16 managers in the leadership team, or 12 - 16 senior professionals in a solutions selling or project management team.

Understanding the "Team's MBTI® type" sets the framework for rapid growth in the team's effectiveness.

The programme begins with finding your MBTI® type, followed by exercises to explore different MBTI® types, then sessions on creating a strategy for teambuilding. This includes exercises in sharing leadership, enhancing cooperation, and developing competence in team discussions, joint problem solving, reaching consensus, influencing and negotiating, joint decision making and shared goal setting.
