Prisca is a Senior Consultant with OI Partners Hong Kong, and brings extensive management experience to her coaching role.

She has held administration and human resource positions - with the last 15 years at management level. As well as her people skills, she has expertise in business management, and was most recently General Manager of the Hong Kong subsidiary of Aluminum Smelters of Victoria (Australia) for 8 years.

She served as HR Director with Hill and Knowlton, an international public relations consultancy, and later, with Orient Overseas (Holdings) Ltd., as Executive Assistant to the Chairman. In her general management position, she led several joint venture negotiations in the PRC, and managed agents in Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. She is an experienced career transition coach and management trainer.

With a first degree in translation (Institute of Linguists, UK) and another in management, she also holds an MBA from the International University of America. Presently, she is reading for her Doctor of Education degree with the University of Durham (UK). She also holds qualifications as a Putonghua trainer from the Beijing Normal University.
