Rainbow is a seasoned facilitator and trainer with experience in consulting, designing and delivering a wide variety of programmes in teamwork and leadership. These programmes also include change management, presentation skills, coaching and counselling, interviewing skills, influencing skills, consulting skills, finance, induction and ethical training.

Before joining the OI Partners team, Rainbow worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) for eleven years. As senior manager of the PwC Client Training Group in Hong Kong, in addition to her role as facilitator and trainer, Rainbow was involved in business management and was the account manager for a major global training outsourcing project in Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Hong Kong Client Training Group, she was seconded to the Client Training Group in London where she gained international exposure. Before joining Client Training Group, she was a training manager responsible for managing in-house training for tax staff, from manager level to junior level. Rainbow first joined PwC as a tax consultant responsible for Hong Kong Corporate Tax. She was previously a US Corporate and Individual tax accountant in New York, USA.

Rainbow is an accredited practitioner of the Herman Brain Dominance Instrument and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She is pursuing her master degree in Training and Performance Management with University of Leicester. She is fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
