Simon is Consultant with OI Partners Hong Kong. He is a trainer to management consultant, university lecturer in human resources management, and a research chemist.

In this wide-ranging career Simon has designed commercial chemical compounds for patent, written science and technology curricular for schools, and coached management consultants in presentation and project writing skills. As well as his present coaching work with OI Partners Hong Kong, Simon is also a Training Consultant to Booz Allen and Hamilton Inc. on global programmes. In Hong Kong, he also tutors and lectures for Hong Kong University (SPACE) and the SPACE Community college.

Simon has a first degree from Imperial College, London, a Diploma in Biotechnology from Leicester, and his D.Phil in Biological Sciences from Linacre College, Oxford. From his science background Simon has broadened his studies to include management and organisational behaviour. He is presently a member of the Board of Examiners for the Diploma in HRM (University of Leicester) and the Diploma in Management Studies (London School of Economics).

With a Singapore Chinese mother and a British father, Simon grew up in 2 cultural worlds. He is therefore ideally suited to the cross-cultural coach's role, and has designed much of the material for OI Partners' programmes.
